- If Cabra get a draw with Ladyswell Cabra are through as runners up
- If Cabra beat Ladyswell Cabra win the group with Ladyswell runners up
- Finglas will need Ladyswell to beat Cabra by two - three clear goals while they must win by two - three clear goals to go through as runners up to Ladyswell.
